DELIVERY

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday and are at the expense of the buyer. ??The products are delivered within 2 to 10 days. The period may be amended by agreement between the parties.

For international orders, the delay can vary by mode of transport used. Payment of customs charges, taxes and other charges incurred shall be borne by the buyer.

Roy Créations Internationales cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft as soon as the shipment is supported by the delivery service used. It cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by holding strikes, lock means of transportation or any other event beyond its control.

RETURN

The return costs, if any, are borne by the buyer, unless the product delivered does not correspond to those originally ordered.
